A limited number of student stipends are available. The student stipend covers the registration fee, all meals and hotel nights during the conference (4 nights in in one of the conference *** hotels, twin room). Travel costs will be at the charge of the student.
 
Applying for a student stipend
 
If you would like to apply for a stipend, enclose one copy of the following:
 
    1. A printout of your registration e-mail sent by the Congress Office
 
    2. A printout of the abstract for which you are presenting author,
 
    3. A letter of recommendation from your supervisor,
 
    4. Your current student identification.

Note that you must have registered properly in order for your application to be taken into consideration. The deadline for application for a student stipend is 30 April 2011.
